More importantly, however, I was inspired by the strentgh in my community and NGO to chart their own path in the world. It was truly a gift to live and work amongst those with the will to seek change in the world.

Intercordia is about HONESTY.  Dealing with issues of justice calls on all of us to be honest with ourselves and others. This is a life-long challenge that is usually far more difficult than it seems. Intercordia helped me find the context needed to develop a humane appreciation of issues of disempowerment and poverty and has become a catalyst for greater inquiry.
